In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged book, please contact Sarasavi Book shop for to receive a new copy of the book. Please return the book directly to Sarasavi book shop within 14 days with your purchase Invoice and the book to be eligible for a new copy.
Sarasavi Book shop will also refund any applicable shipping costs, if the return was as a result of an error on the bookseller. If the return was not as a result of an error on the part of Sarasavi Book Shop, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
