Delivery
All orders are processed and delivered by our Online Order Processing Team. At checkout, customers can pay online or choose Cash on Delivery.
We deliver orders to all areas of Sri Lanka via our courier service, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days.

We guarantee that every book is delivered in excellent condition. Each book is thoroughly inspected before dispatch.
Returns and Refunds
If, in the unfortunate event, you receive a damaged or defective book, we are here to help.
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement within 30 days. To be eligible for a replacement, the damaged or defective book must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt, in the same condition in which you received it.
Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will notify you of the status of your replacement. If your return is approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as the wrong book being shipped or the book arriving damaged.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product we sell, we do not offer exchange of books.
Processing times
Replacements will be processed within 30 business days after we receive the returned items. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
